Before the official launch of most expected Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung has revealed a new Octa-core Exynos Mobile CPU with 8-core chip tipped to use in the upcoming Galaxy S4.

The Exynos 5 Octa mobile CPU was introduced by Samsung at CES 2013. The chip, which is the opening mobile processor to sport 8-cores, will use a 533Mhz PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU, which is more powerful than Apple iPad 3âs PowerVR SGX 543MP4 GPU. Apple iPhone 5âs A6 GPU clocked at 266Mhz and iPad 4âs A6X GPU clocked at 300Mhz, both are low powerful than Octa’s GPU, which clocks at 533Mhz.
Intended particularly for high-end devices, the latest chip can carry a remarkable improved performance when judged against the Samsungâs existing processors, which included only 4-cores chip, while as well believed to reduce the battery power use. Samsung is claiming that the latest Exynos 5 8-core CPU will take a much as 70% less power than earlier processors, it is anticipated that the Samsung Galaxy S4 could happily top the battery drain questions that could change a number of coming devices from others manufacturers.
