It seems that Chinese manufacturer ZTE has arranged to launch their individual flagship Smartphone named the ZTE Apache which will arrive with a remarkable Cortex-A15 based 8-core processor. Yes, 8-core processor made by MediaTek, which will be made by TSMC 28 NM technology. The ZTE Apache is anticipated to release in May of 2013.

Chinese manufacturers are just after the line of Japanese and Korean companies such as Sony and Samsung, which were fragmentary and inexpensive manufacturers in their before times. And now, with the partnership of its neighbors, Mediatek appears to be getting equipped to catch the success of Qualcomm and NVIDIA.
ZTE may expose the Apache Smartphone in coming Mobile World Congress event, which may take place before Samsung’s reported event of officially demonstrating the forthcoming Galaxy S4 in March 2013.
